A 5 hour experience which includes a 3 hour cookery class, where attendees work together to prepare a three-course Italian Sunday lunch for the group. Upon arrival at Cookery School, attendees are welcomed with a glass of fizz and some nibbles. After cooking, the whole group sits down at linen-clad tables in a restaurant-style setting to enjoy the meal they have prepared themselves.

Half day Cooking course menu:

First Dish: Home made fresh Pugliese pasta (traditional Orecchiette) with tomato, pecorino cheese and garlic. 

Side Dish: Layered eggplant parmesan with mozzarella, prosciutto and tomato.

Second Dish: Braciole rolled beef with fresh tomato sauce.

We also offer a different second dish for vegan and vegetarian guests. the accompainment FOR the pasta course, cima de rape, which is like a broccoli, and stuffed artichokes or courgettes as the second dish. .
