We are pleased to announce the launch of our first cooking class in Brighton UK on March 15th 2020.

In partnership with The Community Kitchen we present the following cooking and dining experience.

A 5 hour experience which includes a 3 hour cookery class, where attendees work together to prepare a three-course Italian Sunday lunch for the group. Upon arrival at Cookery School, attendees are welcomed with a glass of fizz and some nibbles. After cooking, the whole group sits down at linen-clad tables in a restaurant-style setting to enjoy the meal they have prepared themselves, served by Cookery School staff.  

Half day Cooking course menu:

First Dish: Home made fresh Pugliese pasta (traditional Orecchiette) with tomato, pecorino cheese and garlic. 

Side Dish: Layered eggplant parmesan with mozzarella, prosciutto and tomato.

Second Dish: Braciole rolled beef with fresh tomato sauce.

We also offer a different second dish for vegan and vegetarian guests. the accompainment FOR the pasta course, cima de rape, which is like a broccoli, and stuffed artichokes or courgettes as the second dish. .
